I sold and shipped more than ever this past month, but I am also getting less feedback! Obviously, consumers are preoccupied with so many events going on in the world, so they are buying to fill the void while home, but not leaving much feedback, as minds are elsewhere. For other sellers: are you experiencing similar? For eBay, what can you do to assist sellers who are working hard and shipping quality products on time during these times, but getting less feedback than ever? Yes, the sales are great, but making so many sales with no feedback... that hurts when trying to bring in new business.
Thanks all!

There is a good feedback app out there but I am hesitant on listing it here as it may be against policy. It has improved my feedback greatly as it sends out up to 3 reminders at your set durations. It is fairly inexpensive. You could do a follow-up eBay message asking your buyers to provide feedback after a week or so.

I would advise against making requests for feedback. Many threads have been posted where this went badly for the seller.
Some buyers feel that buying your item does not obligate them to leave fb. If they feel they are being hassled about it afterwards, the fb may not be what you are hoping for.
I think the best way to garner fb is to provide good service and leave fb for your customers upon receipt of payment. That's always worked pretty well for me.

I've been getting about one in ten buyers leaving me feedback.
I'm fine with that.
I have their payment, I've given them free 60 day returns, for any reason including remorse returns.
Apparently they're happy and have moved on after buying from me.
Thanks,
Lynn

I wait to give feedback till the buyers have their item... Every few days or so I'll go through check to see which buyers have gotten their items then mass leave feedback... it tends to garner more return feedback for me.
I also have it set up so that it auto gives feedback when they leave feedback so I don't get the emails "I left you feed back 5 seconds ago why haven't you given me mine"
