Reconciling Shipping fees with new System - Payments Doubled?

Are we paying double shipping?  My shipping comes directly out of my PayPal account yet my ebay invoice shows that I'm paying shipping to them.  The month of December is $140.  The shipping from my PayPal from these same dates totaled $83.  Has anyone else seen this?

I had two shipping charges on my invoice last month, but when I double checked my PayPal transactions (because I had the same thought as you), I had not been charged prior to my invoice.  They payments were just delayed until the end of my invoice period for some reason.

I wish.  All my shipping charges are in my PayPal account and then ebay charged me additionally.
