I absolutely agree with you. Unfortunately it is a change Ebay made a few years back. IDK why they did it or what they felt sellers would gain by it. But you are absolutely right, the only thing this change caused was more work for sellers.
Would you please see to it that this complaint gets to the right team. It really is a problem that should have been resolved a long time ago. But unfortunately it is clear the Ebay team on this subject doesn't see it the same way we do. However what we have said here is very true and there is nothing gained for buyers or sellers on the way this functions. In fact it costs Sellers more time to leave FB and it turn it could cause less sellers to even leave FB for buyers because of all the extra time it takes.
