Can someone help me, I am having a very difficult time trying to print the messages that I receive I desperately need your help.

Use a snip tool, hightlight the message that you need to print out & then click print from the snip tool.

You should find that messages you receive are also copied to your off-eBay email address. It might be easier to print out that backup version of your messages received or sent.

Is this a recent issue or have you been able to print them before and now you can not?

Hey @tusseymtn123 - why do you need to physically print copies of messages?

eBay removed the print option from the new message format. As others said, you can:

- Print the copy that was sent to your email.

- Copy/paste the text into a blank doc and print that.
