Received two "periodic performance review" notifications -- I just started as a seller yesterday

The first 5 items I listed yesterday morning still haven't appeared anywhere on eBay, despite indications from eBay that they're active and I have links for each item -- yes, I know it can take up to 24 hours before listings get into the eBay's search thingy, but that 24 hour mark is rapidly approaching.

 

However, I've received two different notifications now that performance reviews are being conducted:

 

"Your payouts are on hold while we conclude a periodic performance review. We will disburse the funds once the review is complete. During this time, you can still continue to sell."

 

There are no funds to disburse because I haven't sold anything and because none of my 5 listings can be found on eBay, thus, no payouts. And no I can't "continue to sell" anything if no one knows they exist. Here's the link to my first listing:  https://www.ebay.com/itm/363832834050

 

What am I doing wrong?

I don't see anything for you............that item shows revisions on 5/9 and 5/10..........when you revise, the listings have to go thru the approval process again and that can another 24 hrs.

I saw your item for sale, but it's not showing on your site.  Wow.

Tell them your issue.  They're usually pretty good about replying.  They are credible US ebay employees and many positive results have been posted on these boards with their ability to be helpful.  Good luck getting things resolved.
