Reason for Return: Doesn't Fit

Always thought "doesn't fit" on a return request meant that the seller is paying the return shipping cost.
Especially in eBay Motors due to their "guaranteed fit or free return".
But I just refunded a Doesn't Fit return and eBay took the return shipping from the buyer.

doesn't fit has been a "remorse" reason for near eternity with the exception being.............. the eBay motors guaranteed fit which does not even "fit" all sales there

According to eBay, "doesn't fit" and "doesn't fit my vehicle" mean two very different things.
