I just had a crazy buyer cancel on me TWICE. Both times they communicated and had me send them a discounted offer price. They were annoying and hell with the messages.... should never have been nice and let them buy the second time because I could tell they were a little wacked. I'm sure the only thing I can do is cancel and block them, is there anything ebay would do as far as a strike or something on their record if I reported them? Doubtful because this is more of a rant than anything, but thought I'd ask. Btw, will I be out any fees at all like the .30x2 for listing fee regardless of cancelling?

Yeah. It's just one of many reasons why there are few consequences for buyers. 0.3 is the transaction fee right?

The new SELLER UPDATE said that when a buyer requests to cancel and you oblige, the .30 will be refunded as well. I do not remember when that takes effect, but most likely not today.

Well I am happy to hear that. It was mostly just an annoyance but it felt unethical.

Ebay is a buyer-centric platform, so they can cancel without consequence. Add them to your block list. You gave them a second chance and they squandered it.
