This is absolutely ridiculous, can you flip the switch on my accounts so I can pay the bills?

LOL!

Apparently you aren't aware of the current worldwide economic crisis due to COVID-19 and the hundreds of thousands of people who've been laid off or lost their jobs, or their places of employment have closed?

I don't think eBay can "flip the switch" and fix any of that.

People are starting to die. Others have no idea where their next paycheck is coming from or how they’re going to feed their kids. I don’t think eBay flipping a switch is your problem.

i understand that some rely on eBay sales to pay the bills but serious numbers of people are going to die in the next two weeks.

With so many people suddenly out of work, I don't think buying used clothes is on top of their list.

It might be awhile before things pick up.

Have A Great Day.

Selling is a gamble, you hope that you will be lucky & score a buyer, &  experience a problem free transaction.

Bezos just announced Amazon is hiring 100,000 more workers as a direct result of the virus. People are buying online more now, not less. Start selling things people actually need like $20 jeans, not the $100 jeans you are selling now.

I think the country is in crisis over this virus.  Many people are not working and worried how they are going to pay their bills. Spending will be limited to essentials for many people.  I haven't had enough sales to even cover my monthly eBay store fees.  I am listing on other venues so surprisingly I've had local sales. At least those have been cash only and no fees. Until this virus gets under control In doubt the sales will improve.  Then again this is tax season too.

LOL - It's difficult sometimes to keep the old hole zippered sometimes, isn't it? I was thinking the same as you posted. Have a good one.

Everyone, including myself, is adjusting to the new normal. I ended all my (non-essential) listings because they weren't even netting any lookers, let alone buyers; And I figured why have to keep worrying about resetting the GTC listings so I don't get charged. I just closed everything down.  I don't like it, of course ....none of us do. That's just the way it is for a while. You are not the only one dealing with [all of] this....So be a good little soldier ...hunker down ...and ride thiis out, like the rest of us have to. Few are exempt or special.
