Reactivate my account and how to get more buyers to view my listing

Hi there, I have just reactivate my account and I just finished posting my listing. Was wondering how to get more buyer to view my listing? Appreciate if anyone could advise. Thank You.

Promoting your listing will get more impressions and views on it. The fee will be whatever percentage you choose, between 2-100%. Starting off, it's recommended to go with 2-5% and if you choose to later to increase the impressions and views, you can up the percentage. In case you don't know how to do that, go in and revise your listing, then go to Promoted Listings at the bottom of your revise page and turn on the toggle and add in the percentage you're interested in using.
If you're looking to build up your store and add more items overtime, what helps please eBay's algorithm and your items being seen by more people is being consistent with adding new listings. Add one item a day to your store, don't skip a day, and build up to adding more each day from there.

Buyers will bypass your listing because you state in your description that you accept payoneer only.

It is not an accepted form a payment from a buyer. As you can see the second screenshot ebay allows buyer to pay in a variety of other ways.

You can not require a buyer to pay a certain way.

You might consider revisiting your TOS [terms of sale] you state in your listings.  Some of what you state, you can't enforce.

Your Payment terms you do not control, Ebay does.  So you would be better not stating this.  @janet9988  showed you where Ebay puts the types of payments available to buyers.  

Your return terms are against the Ebay policy too, you are calling it compensation for some reason.  And the return policy you have stated on the shipping page of your listing is different.  You need to be consistent and within the Ebay policies.  I don't know if the return policies in your country are the same as they are for the US.  So you need to look into that.

     Poor advice to give to a seller. While PL may help with views and impressions the only thing that matters are sales and there is NO proof that the use of PL increases or improves sales.

     One of your main issues may be your pricing on your items and the fact that you are in Malaysia. Despite the free shipping you offer the timeline to get the product would be protracted. One of your items for example.
