I have been selling on eBay for about a month now, I've made very minimal amount of money and all of a sudden last week I got suspended. I chatted with an eBay customer service representative and they told me I had to submit files. I submitted, the receipt of what I was selling and messaged them back. Then to make sure eBay had received my document I had spoken to another representative telling me they had. Later, Tuesday the 17th, I receive a reply stating I need to wait for the orders I had received the day of suspension to be delivered to the customer before they could proceed with my request for reinstatement. I had then spoken to another representative assuring me that I will get my account back, lying directly to me. They had said "I know this may seem a little difficult but this information is required from all the member, however as you have already sent the relevant details that were asked from your side so need not to worry, as our relevant team is already reviewing the details and very soon you will start receiving your payouts." and then went on to say "Once the details has been verified you will definitely get the email for the same, please be rest assured as I am positive of it.". Fast forward to today, the orders were finally delivered through USPS and I reply back to the reinstatement email saying that they were delivered. Now today, within the time I sent that email and now I have been permanently suspended. The email that I received is here:
"
We are committed to reducing both fraud and negative buying experiences on eBay. To maintain a safe marketplace, we sometimes restrict selling activity, end active items, or suspend accounts until an additional review can be completed. We have completed an additional review of your account and show that your account was originally restricted because it was in violation of eBay policy and your behavior posed a risk to the eBay community.
Because of this, we have decided that your account will remain indefinitely restricted from selling. We have taken this action out of concern for the safety and integrity of the eBay Community. Due to eBay policy, we cannot provide you with more specific information.
We understand that this situation may be frustrating; however, although future emails from you will be read, we will be unable to respond to any further requests to reinstate your selling privileges.
Please keep in mind that members who are restricted are prohibited from registering new accounts with eBay, or selling on eBay using any existing accounts. Although, you are still eligible to purchase items with this account, please note that eBay reserves the right to suspend existing accounts as well as new accounts opened by anyone in the same household of a restricted user or by any other associates of a restricted user. "
I cannot figure out what I did wrong and I have not received any good reason. Now I cannot receive any money that I had made from selling on eBay.

Where were you buying your stock?
I suspect you're not an authorized distributor purchasing from BambuLabs under a written trademark licensing agreement through them.
If you're permanently suspended from selling there's no appeal.

Sorry to read about the ebay restriction. Why don't you reach out to the CS agents from the ebay for business page on facebook. That group typically is a big help for all issues small & large. At least, they might be able to tell you more about the reasoning behind the restriction. Did your store receipt show the exact item(s) that you purchased along with your name & address as the delivery address & the name of the manufacturer?

The store receipt showed the items, along with my name and address, and the name of the manufacturer. It had a lot more info than just this but I cannot upload the receipt here for obvious reasons.

You can upload the receipt, as long as you remove your personal information, like name, phone number, address, and any credit card information.
I couldn't find an accessory set like that on BambuLabs website--only separate products. Were you buying those items in a set? Can you provide a link to what you were buying from them?

Authorized reseller? There is no such thing. This is America, you can legally sell anything you own, that is the law.

You're right that you don't need permission to resell products, unless you agreed to a set of terms upon purchase that states otherwise. Did you agree to any additional terms? I would go back and review your purchases to see what the fine print says.

I was buying it from their website. The team at bambulabs knew I was selling their items as I had asked them if it was ok, and they said it was.
Hmmmm.
"said"
So you didn't get anything in writing that authorized you to resell the product?
There is some sort of rule that once you buy something it is yours to dispose of as you wish. Give to your auntie, sell it, donate it, set it on fire.
But.
Most manufacturers will not stand behind an item that has been resold by someone other than an authorized reseller. No warranty basically.
And this company doesn't have any resellers.
So they likely don't authorize any resellers and don't want any resellers and that is where your problem begins.
If you had bought one and didn't like it and resold it, there would likely be no problem.
And that may be what the company thought you meant when you talked to them. With your mouth. On the phone. Perhaps even in a sentence or two in an email.
Even if you bought ten, found you only needed nine and resold the unneeded one.
But the company doesn't want anyone selling their product on the regular without formal authorization and you don't seem to have formal authorization.

That makes no sense. I bought 39 and only needed 1. It makes no sense I would need permission from a company to sell something I bought. That’s like saying I can’t sell my car if I don’t need it.
