After waking up and checking my email, to my surprise, I see that a payment dispute that was filed 10 days ago was GRANTED for a buyer that claimed that the item was not received, even though tracking number shows item was DELIVERED and even though I used GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM and original transaction was JANURAY 21ST.
I am just lost for words that eBay granted this dispute despite the CLEAR EVIDENCE that I provided and that they claim all transactions shipped through GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM are COVERED BY EBAY, this is a lie and Today I was just robbed by eBay $510 + $20 CHARGEBACK FEE?
Any advice would be appreciated, has anyone heard or experienced anything similar, should I seek legal advice?

If you have tracking number proving it was delivered to GSP center and the dispute is lost ebay should be covering you by reimbursing your losses. I would be contacting ebay about that.
Ask specifically to speak with Global Shipping Team.

I forgot to add that I have spent an hour with an agent over the chat, I was actually talking to this ''agent'' while I posted this and was just given the round around over and over and was told pretty much ''tough luck you are out of $510 nothing we can do''. I am still on the chat as I write this message.

Ebay did not "grant this dispute".
It was a chargeback by the buyers credit card company.
Selling on ebay or an other platform, even selling from a brick and mortar store, this can happen.
There is no way to prevent it. It's a risk you have to take. It's a risk we all take as sellers.
That's why most sellers will not sell expensive items online.
There is a saying amongst ebay sellers...
"Don't sell anything that you can't afford to lose."

Ebay should be covering the loss here. I would not give up.

Yes. I finally was transferred to someone that actually understands how global shipping program works and offered a solution and found I was right and the disputed amount + chargeback fees will be back to my account

Excellent. Glad to hear you got this resolved.

I agree. I wouldn't let it go without a fight.
Especially is tracking shows it was delivered.
Just saying, this could (and does) happen to any one of us.

If the item was a $ 20.00 Hawaii shirt or hat I would even worth my time posting it.
but thanks for your input anyway.

The takeaway here is the level of misinformation or lack of information that eBay agents have, it is baffling.
I remember 8-10 years ago when eBay had agents that really knew **bleep** and took care of issues right away.

Sorry, I didn't mean to offend you.
Some sellers don't realize that any buyer at any time can rip you off simply by filing a false claim.
I'm glad to hear you got your money back.

I would call another ebay customer service agent....maybe try the CS agents from the ebay for business portal on feedback. As long as you have proof of delivery, at minimum ebay should cover you for the order.....you might have to accept the $20 credit card company investigation fee....however, that is negligile compared to the value of the item. Those credit card company charge backs are tricky!!!
Good luck!!!

On the flip side, ebay made me wait 3 weeks to open a not received case for a Priority mail item! It should have taken 4-5 days at most. The seller did nothing to help. Item finally arrived just before ebay would have closed the not received case...a MONTH after purchase! Surprise!...guess what..it's damaged. Seller, after several days and round and round nonsense, decides they want their garbage back. Now I can go through the return process and wait even longer for my over $500 refund. It will be interesting to see if I get it or will this seller make more excuses than they already have? Will I have to go to my credit card company? Ebay does NOT follow their own rules for either buyers or sellers and I will not be selling or buying anymore on ebay.

Typical eBay practice. Ebay will let you eat the loss first unless you challenge it. Most sellers would just walk away with the loss...
