I have not been able to revise or list items using the motors auto parts catalog for over a week. Have called 5 or 10 times because this is really killing me - get nothing from the customer service rep other than "this is a known problem with the motors parts catalog and a ticket is open". One rep told me the problem has existed for at least two weeks. **bleep**?
