I looked at the page........alot of good info.........but does it say exactly HOW to issue a refund........where do you go, what do you click?  that's what I perceive the question to be.......could be wrong.........but that's usually what people need to know.........  Be nice if ebay added that info onto the page........

IT SAYS LOOK AT THE DROPDOWN MENUE AND 

1. From the dropdown menu, select Send refund.

"NOT ON DROPDOWN MENUE"  I DON'T HAVE THAT ON ANY OF MY SALES!!!!!

@stevebee13 that's odd, I'm seeing the 'send refund' option on several of your recent orders, but I haven't looked through all of them. How long ago did the order take place that you want to refund? Has a return or cancel transaction request been opened for it?
