I had a buyer pay too much for shipping. How do I give them a refund?

Use the little drop down arrow and you will see "send refund". You will be taken to a page where you can select the reason and the amount, to the penny.

Send your buyer a spot of cash with their order and send a pleasant note describing such. Have a Great day
