Please explain the issue with more detail.

Did you make an offer on an item and were required to provide payment information before submitting the offer?
I ask because there will be a pre approval of the payment and then a payment. The pre approval will age off in a day or two.
If this is not your situation, please provide details so we can better assist you to a resolution/understanding.

As mentioned, if you used a debit or cc, there will be a pending charge until it is approved, then removed when the actual charge goes thru.

You are not contacting eBay, these are user boards, other buyers and sellers. We can't refund anything. If any of the above given information is incorrect, please come back and give more information and someone here may have suggestions or contact eBay through the help/contact window.

This is a member-to-member discussion board. Everyone here is just a buyer or seller or eBay, like yourself. No one here can see your account, or see your order, or see whatever refund matter you are referring to.
To contact eBay, use the Help & Contact link at the bottom of this page.
Or, you can explain in detail what your situation is, and someone here may be able to give yo specific guidance on how to deal with it through eBay's nearly automated system.

If you have recently signed up for eBay's Managed Payments program in order to sell on the platform, those could very easily be two "microdeposits" eBay has "pinged" your account with, just to make sure all the channels are clear for them to make deposits.
P.S. Good luck shipping a King Bedroom Set, Memory King Mattress, Box Springs, Head Board , Two Night Stands to me for $9.65.

If you are a buyer, look in your purchase history. Did you accidently buy 2 items? Sometimes, it looks like you are charged twice but it's once. Can you take a screen shot of the payment details on the item that you bought and post it here?

Here's a link to an announcement from eBay you can read regarding those two microdeposit charges:

You have a skateboard for 5 bucks and the shipping is twenty something. You will make NO profit on this one after paying the fees. You will make more money if you toss it out or donate it. It's impossible to ship that headboard and other items for 9.65. You are not going to succeed here until you know what you are doing. You have to figure out the fees and then make sure that the starting price COVERS the fees and leaves you a little profit. If the item does not do that, do NOT list it. Throw it away, donate it, burn it, bury it but don't list it here.
Now you need to explain your question better because so far you have at least 3 different responses as people are trying to guess your problem .

You are selling items from 3 different locations. Saint Louis Mo, Glendale California and Mission Viejo, California. What if someone wants to purchase more than one of your items?

Why is your Moped red in one picture and green in another picture? Which one are you selling?
