Thank you for the negative left because eBay says item should have been received by today. First class mail from Canada to the US usually takes 7-10 business days. Parcel was shipped Feb. 4. Left negative on Feb. 10. Slightly impatient?? So, if the box arrives tomorrow, I get a positive? LOL! At least sales have picked up. I notice it hasn't been for everyone, though. Good luck to all. 🙂

I got a neg a few years back because a spider or something was in the box. 🤷

Its amazing how buyers think we're the postal service. You should call and get it removed.

Very rude, you can`t control customs. Block him from future bids.

Was it because they bought a cockroach instead?

Did i read that right? Item was estimated to arrive by Feb. 10? Item DID arrive Feb 10th? Negative feedback left Feb. 10? Feedback complains that item arrived Feb 10?
Oh boy.
I'm pretty sure ebay will remove that. But you might want to consider a friendly email to the buyer first.
Let us know how it turns out.
Good luck!

Call - get that thing taken off if it arrived on estimate.

You should also not be so quick to respond to a FB like this. Your time would be better served to call Ebay and see about getting it removed.
Before you call, I'd take a little peek at the buyer's FB left for others. See if they are doing this to other sellers. if they are that is further proof of FB abuse, so it can be important to check that out before you call.
Have you taken a look at the tracking? What does the tracking say?

It hasn’t arrived yet.

Yea, one thing that I've always had a problem with was the consistently incorrect ETAs ebay gives the buyer... they seem to round down or just take an average many times. For instance if USPS advertises 2-5 days transit, ebay will advertise the ETA as 2 days, sometimes 3. So it upsets the buyers who receive the item in 5 days.
I've mentioned this to ebay before and their excuse for this has always been "buyers need to understand what the word 'estimate' means. It's not a guarantee" But it's apparent that many don't. Go figure... rock and a hard place.

It isn’t reasonable for a buyer to leave a negative because an item didn’t arrive on the estimated delivery date.
Your listing does give a 3-6 business day delivery estimate so instead of using expedited shipping from outside of the US you might want to use the standard option instead.

Well that would mean the buyer posted the FB BEFORE the delivery date estimate had even passed. If shipped on the 4th, then the delivery ETA was 2/7 to 2/12.
The OP and the buyer didn't count business days, just days in general.
So I'd be on the phone to Ebay in the morning and get that FB removed as the delivery window hasn't even passed.

No, the 3-6 days estimate includes the op’s 2 day handling time. Item was purchased on the 2nd, 6 business days would be the 10th.
