Buyer bought 3 items 1 for $1500, 1 for $80 and 1 for $10.... I do not ship international or glabal program... He lives in Brazil but the package was sent to Miami to what he called his agent and then forwarded to him... He is a very nice person when chatting through messages.... He was very cordial when he messaged me and said the 2 lower priced items were not in the package... I searched high and low in my office and house and I am 100% cetain they were all packed together and seperated so he would know what order is what...
Since it was sent to the correct place and on time but then forwarded to him, am I responsable after it left the addres on file with Pay-Pal and how should I reply to him on this... If by some chance he left a negative for me could it be removed?
Thank You

Once the package left Miami you are not responsible.
Tell him he needs to call his agent to see if maybe he repacked and forgot those two items.
But your responsibility ended once it left Miami.

His agent is gong to say there was only the $1500 item your shipment to him. The key is is that it's his agent, not your agent.
Do you anything that documents you shipped three items. An example would be an a packing list stating:
Item 1.... a (description & eBay item number) valued at US$1500.00 Weight __ lbs __ ozs
Iten 2 .... a (description & eBay item number) valued at US$80.00 Weight __ lbs __ ozs
Itne 3 .... a (description & eBay item number) valued at US$10.00 Weight __ lbs __ ozs
Total weight as shipped __ lbs __ ozs.
Your copy of the ebay invoice to the might help but is not the same as a packing list. A packing list as shown above would be strong evidence the fault lies either with his shipping agent or the buyer.
As I recall you do have that packing list as I thought you mentioned in a recent email of which think I may have received a copy as did your friend in Seattle or your home town...... Don't you remember?
Look on your computer and see if you're covered because the total shipping weight is shown on you USPS or ? receipt. May the fortitude be with you.
Is really any less of an insult when defrauded by a nice person vs a pure crook?

You will probably get the negative and it will probably stick he is now angry that his lie did not pan out, seems to be a very common claim with these forwarding services, he will then try to extort a partial refund but he has no real leverage and will neg when he doesn't get his way.

Having the item re-shipped voids the MBG.
as @emerald40 suggested, the agent may have re-packed it.
I do not think eBay would side with the buyer since they have admitted to re-shipping and if they leave you a neg for not receiving items, I would call eBay and see if you can have it removed based on the fact that there was another shipper involved.

I'm pretty sure I have dealt with this guy before. Clothing items to Miami, really polite wide eyed wonder that items are missing. I simply told him to speak with his reshipper and that the items were in the package when shipped. Don't engage with him. I'm pretty sure he does this alot.
BTW he went away when I just repeated the above and never left any feedback.
