Dear Sir,

I am new seller from Thailand. I have a problem with 'Creating a listing' as follows:

1. How to change a preferred currency.

Now the currency shown in a draft of my listing are in 'SGD', but I preferred to change it into 'USD'. I spend a whole day to find the solution, but I cannot make it. Please kindly advise how to do it.

2. How to input "Additional Terms and Conditions"?

I have additional Terms and Conditions. I tried to add it from 'Business policy', but my info is more than limitation of ebay system (It is limited not over 2xx characters.) I would like to have it in my shop policy so that I don't want to input the additional info every time that a new listing is created. It is highly appreciated if anyone of you can recommend me how to do it.

I can help you with your first question.

The currency for a listing is determined by the eBay website that you are on when you make the listing. If you are getting SGD, that means you are logged on to eBay Singapore, www.ebay.com.sg. In order to list in USD, you need to log on to eBay USA, www.ebay.com.

Something you should know if you're getting back into selling. Your feedback is from more than 5 years ago, and there have been changes. PayPal no longer processes the payments for eBay transactions, so you need to sign up for a managed payments account to process payments. For sellers in Thailand, you will need to have a Payoneer account to receive your payouts. It can take several weeks or more to complete the registration process, and you may not be able to list items or receive payments until then.
