Questions & Answers section misleading prospective buyers. How can we help fix?

I am feeling frustrated as a seller, being told I'm fully responsible for everything in my listing, when things I have not created appear there and have potential to mislead prospective buyers.  I have previously expressed my frustration with "Product Details" paragraphs containing wrong and misleading info, and "Reviews" containing what is basically feedback rather than info about the product.  Now I'm seeing "Questions & Answers" showing up on my listings that contain questions to sellers specifically about the items they were selling and the answers that do not apply to mine, such as, "Does it come with the original box and paperwork?".

I sure wish Ebay would provide some guidance as to the use of the Questions & Answers.  If they want to have this section, they need to make it known that this is NOT where customers should ask a specific seller about a specific item for sale, but rather, to ask other Ebay members general questions about the product itself.  There seems to be no way to remove this, or to report questions that should not be there.

What was wrong with simply having a place for a prospective buyer to click that said, "Ask seller a question"?  That is gone, and there is just a small "contact seller" link, yet this big "Questions & Answers" section is very prominent at the bottom of the listing.  No wonder buyers are confused.

Is anyone else as frustrated as I am at this?  How can we help get this fixed?
