I have a buyer who bought two figures from me, both figures are in great condition and are described. The problem is that these two figures shared the same helmet but a different body, so I listed them separately and took photos separately. The buyer bought both items, noticing the difference in the body types and asked about it. After I shot a response, they threatened negative feedback if I did not accept a return for one of the figures, and give them a discount for another.
The other issue is that I forgot to include the weapons, I offered to send them double the amount, but no response as of yet.
I am just wondering if this counts as extortion and if I can fight it if he leaves negative feedback? Or should I just give in, not worth the risk?
I told him, I would accept both figures being returned for a full refund, or I could send him double the weapons. If I didn't mess up on the weapons I feel like I am in the right, but because I missed a small plastic piece, so I think he is on the winning side.

Not as described. Return for refund or refund without requiring a return. Buyer does not have to accept your offer of double weapons.

Read through it. I'd give eBay a call. Sounds like extortion to me... at least the part demanding a discount.

This an item not as described. Offer to accept the return and send the buyer a return shipping label.
Yes, the buyer has committed feedback extortion. Be sure to save all messages from this buyer and report to eBay if the negative is actually left for you.
