For the basic store subscription is says the final value fees cap is $350.00. Is that $350 per month, or per sale? Also with Managed Payments coming soon, would it even be worth it for me to upgrade to a store?
Only reason I care to have a store in the first place is to lower my fees. Currently paying around $450 a month in fees.

The cap is per transaction, just as the cap per transaction for non-stores is $750.

Ok, so having a store wont really help me with fees then cause I dont sell high cost items, rather I sell many low cost items.

Depending on the store level you choose, you get 'X' amount of free listings every month (for example, 1000 free at Premium store for $60 a month, which is equal to $350 worth of listings at .35c ea)
AND- you get a 'lower' FVF's for most all categories (for me, it's 8.15% vs. 10.15%, so that saves me another $150 a month.

In the Crafts category, the final value fee rate for non-stores is 10% and for Stores at the Basic level or above the rate is 9.15%. So instead of paying $450, your fvf would be about $412; that's a savings of about $38. The monthly cost of a Basic store is $27.95 (or $21.95 if you commit to an annual subscription).
