Well i looked on Ebay for Redmax part # 574078501 and found no such part. Ok then so i will search Google and find it on another platform and guess what, a seller has it on Ebay. So im thinking to myself this must be a old listing that has been sold already or taken down on Ebay. Nope its for sale on Ebay for 42.50 and 8.00 shipping out of California. Ebay item # 334682889357. So i opened another window on my computer and started another Ebay search for the same part # and to my disbelief Ebay said there was no such part # on Ebay. Any answers from the Ebay cheerleaders that says Ebay is not hiding your listings ? I will just leave this right here.

Um, nowhere in that listing does that part number appear. If you are trying to accuse eBay of wrongdoing, accurate facts would be helpful in making your case.

The title of that listing says it's for part # 148715102. That's not a match.

I checked the listing... would you be comfortable choosing that as a replacement to Part#574078501? If so, how?

This was so easy I have to laugh. I opened a new window on Ebay and typed the part number you gave us and WOW.... the exact part you complain about showed up. After that, I just read the other problems you had from other posters. LOL.... type the correct part number and make sure the seller has that number in his title. No cheerleaders today.

# 148715102 is the replacement part number for the original Redmax part #574078501
I'm not sure what the OP found on Google for an eBay listing, but the only Google search result I got for an eBay listing appears to be sold out:
NOS Genuine OEM RedMax Muffler 148715102 574078501
Maybe @lawnmowerpartsstore2 will return with further info clarifying what results s/he saw on Google and eBay.

I think I wrote a post about this here some years ago titled, " If you can't find it on eBay, Google it and you'll find it on eBay" 😄
It's been happening for years.

Except, if you read the thread, that's not what happened here.

I was with you until “cheerleaders.” If thoughtful discourse is what you hope to achieve in this thread, best not to toss sarcastic misnomers into the conversation right off the bat. By doing so, the gauntlet is thrown down that immediately alerts the community to the likely tone this post will take. And it ain’t productive.

Google is showing you the OLD ebay listing from when it was in stock.
It is now currently out of stock.
That's why you are not finding it on a ebay search.

I read the thread, what happened there that I missed?
The poster stated " So im thinking to myself this must be a old listing that has been sold already or taken down on Ebay. Nope its for sale on Ebay for 42.50 and 8.00 shipping out of California."
