I have a buyer that requested a full refund for a item they bought from me, reason was (Wrong item sent, i need a bubble faced gauge, I did not know your set was flat faced, i did not know there was a difference.) Well the item I sold him very clearly showed these were flat face gauges, and nothing was said to describe them as bubble faced gauges. I have I think 3 option, 1st contact buyer which I did, but no response as of now, my other 2 option do full refund with return of item or offer partial refund and let buyer keep item. I have no problem refunding the cost of item to buyer if returned as sent, what I do not think I should have to do is refund shipping cost and pay for return shipping cost but I do not see any way to offer that option with out a guarantee the item is returned, and the reason he gave for return I think it would be a fair refund on my part, I am thinking to do the full refund option but what I want to know is there anyway for me to get all my shipping fee's returned to me if I do refund. It was a Expensive item so I will like to get it back. Thanks for any help. Steve

Send the Return Shipping Label.
When the item is delivered, refund.
If you prefer, tell them to open a Claim.
Then.
Send the Return Shipping Label.
When the item is delivered, refund.
The second suggestion is for possible scammers who may no longer be allowed to use the Money Back Guarantee.
This is business, not personal.

You will just need to tell the buyer to return for a full refund. Do not refund until you have received and inspected the item.
You will not recover the shipping costs as the service was fulfilled.
The buyer knows how to play the system so they will not lose out on any money.
