Handling Time Commitment
If you choose to use this feature by making a handling time commitment for the item(s) you list on eBay, you are committing to a zero or 1-day handling time, as well as the use of an eBay shipping label for the shipping service selected by your buyer for all listings you enable. You will be financially responsible for any late delivery if you fail to meet your handing time commitment and if you do not use an eBay label for the listed shipping service.

HELLO. I understand everything about guarnateed delivery except one thing. I have read it twice and must either be skimming over the info or ebay is not being clear about it.
If the delivered item it received passed the guaranteed date, ebay will reimburse shipping cost and/or provide a return label on EBAY'S dime IF the seller shipped it within the given handling time of 0-1 days.
QUESTION: What I cannot find it what happens if am item arrives late and the seller wasn't able to ship that item out. Is the refund for shipping paid for by the seller.? I cannot find it anywhere on any email or their site. I keep about a 95% shipping handling time, it is common for 1 or 2 out of a 20-30 or so to get out an extra day.
