Q & A process not working

When I go to "Manage Communications With Buyers" in the Account Settings portion of Seller Hub (top left corner under your name) and manually load 2 questions and answers under "What buyers Can Do"  neither one shows up anywhere on the item listing page. Even eBay was unable to tell me where it was and opened a 'ticket'. One of the 2  Q&A's does show up on my listings in my Android. It sure would be nice to use the Q&A tool to communicate with buyers and not have to answer same questions over and over again through messaging. Has anyone had any success using it?

It doesn't show up on the listing on the web. It shows up when you go to the listing and click "contact seller" from the listing.

 

On the listing itself it shows on the app, not the web. On the app you click on the one Q&A that shows and it will take you to a page that shows all Q&A.

 

eBay ticket will go nowhere as there is no error, just a misunderstanding of how it works.

btw - I contacted eBay Selling Team before I posted my question. They were the ones who opened a ticket because they were not able to answer the question.
