The last return I dealt with here in the United States, I had the option for ebay to provide the return label for me. When they did, my account was charged for the label when the buyer printed it, tracking was uploaded automatically to the return request, and ebay gave the buyer my return address automatically. That was some time ago and I don`t know if it`s different on other ebay sites or if there has been any changes since my last return request.
