Purchasing Shipping Label Problem

Having problem purchasing a shipping label to Puerto Rico for a sold item.

Will not process states a "Problem"

Anyone else having trouble?

  I don't know if this is the problem but check if the buyer has US or PR in the country field.  If they have PR has the country it needs to be changed to US as the country, PR as the state.

Yes eBay label had Puerto Rico as country.

Called eBay and was advised to cancel order and lose sale due to problem with address 

Of course eBay still charges 30 cent sale fee

I have read that is is a function of Managed Payments that treats PR as an international sale. This is for assessing fees and likely postage charges.   Just go print the label someplace else, it will be domestic postage using other third party services like Pirate Ship, USPS, etc. 
Integrate or upload the tracking number to eBay and you should be good to go.

I was going to, but eBay phone conversation directed me to cancel the order as address was nor "verified. Lost the sale and eBay charged me $0.30.
