Hello,
As part of my follow up to existing buyers I would like to include verbiage that I have a large collection of a specific collectable, several hundred items, which will take time to list and I would like to ask if there is a specific part number the buyer needs for their collection with the intention of then listing that item through eBay. I did this on my first couple sales receiving, indicating that I would look to see if I had the item and get it posted, I received a note from eBay that it is a violation to sell outside of eBay platform which was not my intent. My goal is to understand what people might be looking for so I can prioritize getting it listed.
Could I get thoughts/comments on if this type of follow up is possible and what type of verbiage should I use.
I appreciate the assistance.

I would focus on listing items.
If a buyer is looking for an item and they buy one from you, I have had them ask if I have others.
Or in the listings you have "I have other items of this series. Please message me here and I will check and list the item if I have it"
