I sold a pair of shoes recently and stated, as was the truth, that they were new. The buyer received them and said they were used. I KNEW this was a lie and asked the buyer to send me photos to prove that they showed wear. She turned around and sent the exact picture I had when I posted them on eBay. After getting a snarky email from eBay and the sellers refusal to comply with my one wish, I caved in and gave her a refund. I tried repeatedly to talk to ANYONE at eBay but all I could find was the computer-generated, standard statements. I couldn't even find a "Chat" with eBay. For all of the money they charge us in fees, you would think they could afford a few people in India or China to help out. Anyway, I also want to make sure she didn't post negative feedback on me. Been here since the beginning and no one cares. Anyway, is there any way to connect directly with eBay other than computer-generated stuff that isn't even what I needed?

This is not the answer to the question that you asked; however, just wanted to remind you that all eBay buyers have the Money Back Guarantee. It's seen in every listing and should be required reading for all buyers as well as sellers.
All that buyer has to do is open an item not as described case in the Resolution Center and you, the seller, will be required to send her a return shipping label as well as refund her when you receive the item back.
You gave her a refund without requiring a return of those new shoes?

Is it the womens Skechers? Your pics do make them look used and not new
