What happens to the listings in excess of  allotted amount posted due to promos after the promo ends?   Say one listed 200 extra listings would Ebay charge .30 ea if one did not remove the listings when the promo ended?

Short answer is yes.

But:

Depends on if you have room in your store allotments... if you don't have a store then it would take from the 50 free and then start charging you.

They are treated like any other listing that renews. 

If you have other free listings that the renewal qualifies for, the renewal will use one of those. 

Otherwise, you will be charged whatever your renewal rate is.
