Our shop is doing 15% off select listings. What's the best was to "link" to these items so they can be viewed in one search result? Do I have to create an ebay store category for sale items?

Well, yes you can create a category but I would not advice that because when the sale is over you would need to edit the listings to remove the 2nd store category.

Once you create the campaign on each of the items (in the campaign) listing page below the description is usually a banner ad that says something like see all items available for this sale with a tab to click on and then it will show all the items you selected to get this discount.

Thanks, it was working, but it seems pretty broken, like most of the ebay marketing tools. There were 119 items in the sale and now the link only shows 24. Some have ended and I relisted and added them, but we didn't sell 90+ of these items. Some are even showing up inside the sale on the backend but not appearing on the front end/customer facing link.
