Promotions Manager Not Working

Is anybody else getting the "Something went wrong. We're sorry." message in Promotions Manager? I can get to the overview screen but if I try to create or edit a promotion I can't save any changes. It redirects to this page:

Yep, I tried a couple of times to create a sale this morning but it wouldn't let me do it.

Hi @lovtaco0, I've created a sale and edited one to try and replicate this issue and am unable to. Are you able to use Promotions Manager without encountering this problem now?

I was having problems since yesterday evening and twenty min ago it was still not working. I tried again just now and the promo went through. If I run into the problem again today I'll let you know. Thanks for your reply.

brian@ebay  The error has been happening off and on for the past week or so. It is random when it occurs. I also encounterd the issue several times, I use promtions mark down almost everyday.  It happened a few times last night before I got the mark down sales to work however I have not used it at all today.

I'll echo this. The problem does reoccur intermittently and it always shows the same page not found link. I've seen this happening for months not just the past week.

The problem doesn't usually last long, maybe ten minutes or half an hour, but this time it had been going on since yesterday which is why I brought it up here.

Mine showed up about an hour ago. When I tried to create the sale this morning It showed an error page, and appeared not to go through. But, the sale started on it's own about an hour later. Weird. Thanks for looking in to it for us Brian!

I have been unable to use the Old Markdown Manager today, it wont let me change the dates of the sale. So I tried the new Promotions Manager, and it didn't list any of my items selected. I called eBay and they say I changed the prices and need listings to rest for 14 days. I didn't change the pricing, only did some description edits. eBay were not helpful.

I've had this same problem for well over a week now too.  Frustrating to say the least when you've taken the time to select a 100+ items into a sale event.

I kid you not, I tried simply hitting the back button on my browser (Chrome in my case) and to my surprise it had retained all  my info/selections!  I then continued with the process and set up my sale event.  

It has worked for me more than I'd have to say 90% of the time.  The other times I got the 'aww snap' screen from Chrome and just lost everything.
