Promotion Markdown Problems?

Is anyone else experiencing difficulty with promotional sales events?

Yesterday (7-18) I selected 105 items for markdown.  Only 60 of them now show as marked-down-sales items.

Today I tried to select the remaining 45 items for markdown, but only 1 of them shows up in my store as a marked-down-sales item. The other 44 items still list at the regular "Buy It Now" price.

Does anyone know of a problem with the Promotional-Markwdown-Manager?

There has been an update to markdown manager.

You will find it pinned to the top of this board as well as many threads debating it.
