Hi there,
I have sold an item but my buyer didn't want to pay (try to communicate after days without payment but didn't get response). So I used "order cancellation". Do I have to pay selling fee for that? If yes, I have done a stupid action @@
Thanks

Your fees will be credited but if the buyer hasn’t requested a cancellation it would have been better to open an unpaid item claim.

Is there any way to fix my stupid action right now?

What's done is done, you cannot change it.
What reason did you select for the cancellation... did you say buyer-requested or did you say out of stock? If you did not select buyer-requested then you will get a defect on your account for a seller-initiated cancellation.
When you don't take the time to read and follow eBay policies you can easily put your account in jeopardy.
