Promotion Banner

I started a promotion this morning.  Within a short period of time I could see the promotion banner at both the top and bottom of the listing page.  This afternoon, I checked my listings again and "POOF" both banners are gone.  Anyone else out there experiencing this?

Yesterday I too had multiple promotion offers listed in my promotional box and today they disappered. I was stunned that they were gone! I called eBay and they said it was an error on their part. No extra promotionals for me 😞

I wish that eBay could figure out this whole promotional banner situation that they seem to be "playing" with.   Sales are way down from this time last year and this certainly is not helping.

Now the banners are back again.  I hope that they stay long enough for me to make a sale.
