Promoting a listing and Promoted listings feature?'s

I have been using the Promoted listings option with some of my items for awhile, and I have also recently started to run promoting sales on a few other various listings I have.   So far I am not seeing any significant sales for the additional fees I am paying to run these selling features.  

l am currious if anyone else selling is using the promoted listings feature, and or promoting sales with any measurable success, and if so, what type of inventory do you sell?

What are your numbers in % of improvement in sales by using the Promoted listing selling feature?

I use both and it costs nothing. Promoted listings as sponsored listings i've gotten 60 clicks in 5 days, no sales, and have the ad rates set %0.1 above the "average" in the category. It costs me nothing as i get $55 credit towards promotion fees.

Promotion sales I've got a %10 off for a few days now that's triggered 3 sales already. And a buy one get %15 off the second item, that's triggered x4 sales in a month. No fees for this either.

I'm selling jewelry with a basic store subscription so the ad rate is really high at over %13.
