How do I change my percentage on my promoted listings?

Just check the box next to "Actions" and click on the "Edit All" button. There in the "Revise Listings" page, you will be able to use the "Bulk Edit" drop-down box to select "Promoted Listings" where you can update your ad rate. Hope this helps 😉
