I recently started selling Pokemon bundles on eBay and have been using the Promoted Listing tool. I set a fairly low ad rate (2%) but it has been really successful and within my first week, all of my product sold out. Even when I duplicated the listing as I had 4 more available, they sold within 24 hours.
I have since invested in creating more product and have produced a much higher quantity to fill the demand. I duplicated the successful listing but this time have added variations (different bundle sizes to choose from). I also increased my pricing by £1 per bundle as I haven't been making very much profit. The titling and SEO is the same. I have just added some extra images and descriptions for the new bundles. I have used the Promoted Listing tool again with the same ad rate but this time I’ve only had about 2 views in several days.
I thought it might be because of the higher pricing so I reduced it to the original price but no luck. I also created individual listings for each of the variations but these have also been getting no views which is weird because they are literal duplicates of the listing that had been so successful only a week before.
I’m not really sure what I can do to get my listing seen. Was the success in my first week just a fluke? Or something else? I have a couple of unresolved requests from buyers (some of my items have been delayed due to the Royal Mail strikes) and wondered if my account has been penalised because of this?

Does participating in promoted listings promise more views?
