Promoted listing special offer redeemed but no discount?

We accepted an offer from Ebay on our seller dashboard for up to 500 dollars off promoted listing fees till the 9th of this month which recently passed.

When do we get the discount applied to our account? We tried talking to an Ebay representative but she was unable to help and we haven't heard back from Ebay, so we thought we'd ask other sellers here.

It was our first promotion we enrolled in and while it's helped us get views and more sales, we really wanted the discount and the Ebay representative didn't even know about the offer Ebay sent us which was initially the only reason we started promoting all or listings...

The rep did show us how to check the fees we have during the period of the promotion, but this doesn't help us with getting funds back

Ebay never charged us the fees even though it showed them Disregard the previous messages. It was a great promotion, if anyone gets an offer like that, we would highly suggest it. Listing views were up nearly 40 percent as were sales
