How can I find out what sort of fee is charged on a promoted listing?

I usually do a "general" type of ad campaign with a fixed ad rate percentage. So if my ad rate is 2% ebay charges me 2% of the total transaction amount when the item sells.

(total transaction amount= Price + shipping + tax.)

You choose the fee.

The minimum is 2% which is charged on the customer's entire payment including shipping and sales tax.

The fee for the listing is based on the category and is in addition to the PL fee.
