Promoted Listings impressions and sales decreased drastically

My promoted listings impressions and sales are decreased drastically in past few days. Contacted eBay chat for help but no solutions or reasons of decrease are provided.

It is surely a technical issue !!!

Can anyone from eBay Technical Team help me ?

Just so you know you are not the only one and there are MANY other users experiencing the same problem. eBay has not been upfront about this issue

you will see a history of problems going back several years.

A few things occur to me (please note, I know nothing about your business model):

1. Could be a reporting glitch---that is, your stuff is actually getting more impressions, but the reporting of impressions is screwed up. 

2. I assume you have an active PL campaign (or campaigns)---none have expired during this period?

3. ebay added the Automated PL feature in early April (not sure of the date)....I started an automated campaign on the 13th and my PL impressions definitely increased (of course, I also had more items in that campaign). It seems a little unlikely, but it's possible that your competitors are using the auto campaign and this has given them a serious edge.....leaving you far behind. (Again, I haven't looked at your listings, know nothing about your business, just throwing out this possibility)  If you haven't tried it, maybe end any existing campaigns and switch to an auto campaign?

The items you sell are pretty much limited to a certain group of people.

Myself, if I was looking for surgical tools, Ebay wouldn't be on my list of places to check.

Yes, it is limited to certain group but i was getting huge business from my buyers until such drastic decrease occurs.

So, What can we do as a seller as contacting eBay daily isn't helpful enough?

Looking at the post time stamps you only started this two hours previously?  Give the site time to update.

We had pretty much the same issue about 3 + weeks ago.  We too called e-Bay and the person we spoke with said they were aware and many, many calls.

They transferred us to a sales/store person who offered to "refresh" our store.  Seemed to work for a couple of days and then, back to the flat line.  Not doing any new PLs until they get this resolved.  Something has to be off with these as the impressions were fine and then off a cliff.

Auto campaign activated since 4-days and there is NO IMPROVEMENT !!!

Did you set the campaign at the suggested rate? Below that? Above that?
