Promoted Listings Only Showing Two Items

So I decided to try and pay to promote some of my listings. When I get to the 'Start a campaign' page, it only gives me two of my items to choose from even though I have over 50 GTC listings. Anyone else having this problem?

Nevermind. I see it's only available for certain categories.  I can't believe eBay is behind Etsy on this.

I found out the same way you did. It appears they only allow some categories and not others. I may run some promotions on video games, I know that category works.

I have 35 items, all of which are in the same category.

Ebay only sees 26 of them in the promoted listings.

In other words I can only promote 26 of the 35 items.

I called Ebay about this multiple times and they are clueless.

Does anyone know which categories can be promoted? eBay says one of mine can be promoted! This is kinda rediculous I've had a severe decline in views and I currently ONLY have eBay as my "full time job" since I lost my regular desk job because I was hit by a drunk driver and needed 2 shoulder surgeries on the same shoulder.
