Promoted Listings Not Showing up in search?

Has anyone notice promoted listings not showing up in searches.  But when they do sell they show up in promoted listing fees.  I have canceled the old campaign and reloaded a new campaign but even after a week none of the promoted listings show up as promoted or sponsored.  I have noticed some sellers do still have sponsored listings.  Issue started whan many listings had missing specifics that made no sense.  I.E. Cusine requirements on sports cards, and Theme on Sports Cards.

Thanks for any help

I use the Adblock Plus app on my laptop (desktop version of eBay, obviously). It blocks out all the promoted/sponsored listings in all searches.

Could your searches be affected by an adblocking app? Just a thought.

eBay customer support has confirmed that when a seller searches their own listings some promoted listings may not show up in the search results, but these listings will show up when other viewers make the same searches. If you can log off your eBay account and do the same search, you should be able to see your promoted listings.

I dont notice your promoted listings either. I see the sponsored listing spam and skip it to buy one without it.

Promoted listings is a money grab scheme. It has you paying more for less.

This is not necessarily true. I’ve been promoting my handmade craft on eBay for several days now and no matter who’s phone I use or what computer I use when I type in the exact description of my item on Google search my listing is nowhere to be seen.
