Promoted Listings Message

Just received a message from EBay saying "Welcome back to Promoted Listings".

I have never been in Promoted Listings nor have I requested to be in it now.

Anyone else get this in their inbox?

I know new sellers are not immediately eligible to promote their listings, it’s possible you just became eligible? Also, if you don’t promote your listings your missing out. Most of my sales are from promoted listings so it does work and in my opinion is worth the small promotion fees.

God eBay must be getting desperate to push promoted listings.

I'm not using promoted listings on this account but have received the, "Welcome back to Promoted Listings" email on the, 23rd December 2022, the 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th, 29th, 30th, 31st, 1st January 2023.
