Promoted Listings Advanced CPC Seller Hub Popup After Creating PL Standard Campaign

Curious if any other sellers are seeing this popup in Seller Hub after launching a Promoted Listings Standard campaign?

The popup starts with a confirmation in smaller text at the top saying the Promoted Listings Standard campaign launched successfully and a big blue button in the bottom right that says "launch campaign"...but if you aren't paying close attention it could be confusing and sellers may think they have to click the blue button to finish the standard campaign they are working on, not that they are agreeing to also create a Promoted Listings Advanced Cost Per Click campaign.

It's also interesting because they appear to have designed this to use the "smart campaign" settings where eBay automatically selects which listings to include "based on historical performance" and sets the bidding and targeting for those items with no input from the seller other than a daily budget that is set with a default amount but can be changed...if the seller notices it.

This reminded me of the post-purchase "you might also like" popup some buyers have reported seeing that suggests another item eBay thinks the buyer might like with the immediate option to pay and complete an order using the shipping and payment information that was just used for the previous purchase.

In both cases of course the user has a responsibility to read and understand what is on the screen but it's also understandable how the design with the big blue button could confuse a user at a quick glance into thinking they are confirming an action they intended to take (launching a PL Standard campaign or completing an original purchase) rather than agreeing to a new action (launching a PL Advanced CPC campaign or completing a second purchase of a different, suggested item).
