Promoted Listing option disappeared on the Item Details update/create page

Today, I was creating my daily listings, and noticed that there is no longer any option to create/update the promoted listing. It’s just not there. This has happened in the past on the iOS app on a newly created listing, but it would show up properly on a revision or through the web properly. Now it is just nowhere in the iOS nor in the Web application. Anyone else experiencing this? I an waiting on eBay support to call back…supposedly a 1 min wait time, but its been 30 minutes, so suspect so much going on that they are under water.

Same here, no option at all to promote within a listing. I tried creating a PL campaign and adding listings to it and the campaign launched, but all the listings in it say 'Eligible to Promote'. When I click on promote, it says 'Not Eligible for Promotion'. So dumb.

Yes, I started a thread on this last week.  There is no way to add to an existing PLS campaign within a relist of an item either.  It is not a glitch was what was explained to me by CS.  It is intentional.

You can go to an existing PLS campaign, click EDIT and ADD Listings to it.  Just so stupid, as you are "adding" at whatever "rate" that campaign is at.  If you want a "different" rate, you have to start a new PLS campaign.  It makes zero sense.

What the eff, so I basically have to start a new PL campaign for EVERY single item I list??????

Wait, it's only doing it in the dolls category on mine - maybe this is related to the current dolls category changes. . .

Crazy, I created 4 listings in the iOS app this morning, the first one let me add the PL % properly, but then the option just disappeared across the board. You were right, I was able to add them via the Web to an existing campaign. Shame really, I try to do all my listing work in the iOS app, but they seem to be constantly forcing me out of the mobile app and into the Web interface, and doing things in multiple places, just takes time. It was finally working all correct in all aspects finally up to this morning, then…well, a few steps back again. 4 hours and 4 listings later…well, not a productive day to say the least. They make money on PL, so you would think they would want to make it as easy to add to a campaign as possible…”money in the bank” if you will.
