Promoted Listing Quarters

Hi everyone!

I hope everybody is having a terrific night. I have a question about promoted listing quarters and when they start and end. Is the first quarter Jan, Feb, and March; second quarter April, May June; third July, Aug, and Sept; forth Oct, Nov, and Dec? The reason I ask is that I have not received my allocation of $30 from eBay which I thought would come on April 1st. If you know when the quarters start and stop, please let me know. Thank you so much for your help!! 🙂
