Promoted Fee Months Later

I thought I give a photo to what some were noticing yesterday.

This gives an idea about promoted fee being charged later.

I only got the latest one.

I don't have the time to check everything...LOL

the thing that is interesting is the word "completed" on April 9th...but apparently it wasn't.

Just started selling on Ebay. Haven't used the promoted listing yet. Don't understand it is or what is being charged. Have read and re-read the help menu on Ebay but still just not seeing what it actually is (does)  or how much is being charged for it?
