I had a couple hick ups in processing orders and I lost the ability to promote listings. Its been a few months and I've been in good shape. Should I get my ability to promote listings back soon?

I suppose your seller level become "Below standard".

So what kind of "hick ups" we are talking about?

yes. I sent a few packages late due to having Covid 19 and I had to cancel a few because of that as well. a few meaning 4 or 5.
