Same problem... eBay are you monitoring the thread?  Any insight?  Possibly let us know you are aware of the issue. Don't want to clog up your customer service line when you can easily let us know you are aware on this thread.

It's happening when I try to run my usual markdown sale. Sorry buyers. No more sales in my store.

Same problem. Phoned eBay. They told me to send screenshot to uktcc@ebay.com. I should hear something in next 48 hours. If you all do the above then maybe they’ll sort it out quicker. Just one of many things that don’t work by a business that makes millions of not billions  yet their platform seems to be powered by a ZX spectrum!

I tried a new device, clearing cache, different web browsers, same issue. Creating a markdown sale keeps giving me the error.

Hey velvet@ebay - can you let us know if there's an open tech ticket for this "unknown application error" with promotions manager and could you update the pinned post on the tech board with details?
